Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all bookings made through the website suite-b-spa.com and at the Suite B Spa establishment, located at 3 rue d'Estienne d'Orves, 83330 Le Beausset, France. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Services

Suite B Spa offers the rental of two high-end private suites (Suite Wood and Suite Oak), equipped with a jacuzzi, tropical steam shower, cinema screen and additional amenities. The suites can be booked by the day or overnight, subject to available slots online.

Photographs, descriptions and visuals shown on the website are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Minor variations may exist between the visuals and the actual service provided (lighting, season, decorative accessories).

Suites are rented for strictly private use by two adults. Any undeclared presence is prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Article 3 — Booking

Bookings are made exclusively online via the website or through direct contact with our team. To be valid, a booking must include:

• The customer's full name
• A valid email address
• A reachable mobile phone number
• The chosen suite and desired dates
• A valid payment method (credit card via Stripe)

The booking is only confirmed once the payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been received.

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices are shown in euros and correspond to the net amount due. VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. They cover all accommodation and suite amenities, as well as bath linen, bed linen, toiletries and housekeeping.

Extras (Prosecco, romantic decoration, late departure, prestige package) are charged additionally. Rates may vary according to season, day of the week and current promotions.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via our provider Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards. Card details never transit through our servers.

A €150 pre-authorization is saved as a security deposit upon booking. No amount is charged unless damage is observed at the end of the stay or in case of breach of house rules. In such case, up to €500 may be charged, with supporting documentation provided to the customer.

Article 6 — Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms are as follows:

• 10+ days before arrival: 100% refund
• 5 to 10 days before arrival: 75% refund
• 3 to 5 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 1 to 2 days before arrival: 25% refund
• Same day: non-refundable

Cancellation fees of €10 (interbank charges) are retained for any cancellation leading to a refund. Cancellations must be notified by email to [email protected].

Article 7 — Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 5 PM. Check-out: by 11 AM. Late check-out is available as an extra (until 1 PM). Any unannounced early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges.

Article 8 — House rules

The house rules displayed in each suite and available on the dedicated page apply as a matter of course and form an integral part of these T&Cs. In particular:

• Suites are strictly non-smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• The use of products in the jacuzzi is prohibited
• The number of guests is limited to 2 adults per suite

Breach of the house rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund and charging of the security deposit.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period. Bookings are therefore firm and final upon validation, subject to the cancellation terms set out in article 6.

Article 10 — Liability

Suite B Spa cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services, except in cases of established gross negligence.

The customer is solely responsible for any damage caused to the suite, its furniture or equipment during the stay.

Article 11 — Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Customers have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection provided by the GDPR.

Article 12 — Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Suite B Spa first by email at [email protected] in order to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve disputes amicably with a professional. The details of the competent mediator can be provided upon simple written request sent to the email address above.

Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. French law applies. Customers residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
